KLM Volunteer Fee Protocol
KLM Soccer Club is proudly volunteer-led and fueled by a shared passion for community and sport. As our programs continue to grow, your involvement is essential in creating a positive, inclusive, and memorable experience for all players.
Volunteer Requirement – 2025/2026 Season
Families with players in Tykes, Community Kicks, or Divisional Teams are required to contribute 12 volunteer hours during the Fall/Winter 2025/2026 season.
This commitment is per family (not per child) and supports club events, tournaments, and league operations.
Volunteer Fee & Opt-Out Option
A $50 volunteer fee will be added to your registration.
- Families who complete the required 12 volunteer hours will receive a $50 refund at the end of the season.
- If your family is unable to volunteer, the $50 will be retained to support club operations.
Volunteer Opportunities Include:
- Fundraising Volunteer Help Organize and run raffles, bottle drives or other fundraising events
- Field Maintenance Assist with lining fields
- Field Repair Assist with repairing damaged grass fields
- Storage Locker Maintenance Uniform sorting and storage (start and end of season)
- Photography / Videography Take team photos, game footage, or social media content
- Social Media Manager Help manage the club’s online presence and share updates across our social media platforms
- Career or Life Skills Workshops Speak to players about career paths in your industry, wellness, or life planning
