KLM Financial Assistance Information

KLM is committed to providing every child with the opportunity to play soccer. We strive to create an inclusive playing environment and to reduce financial barriers for all players.

There are several funding options available through external organizations, please review the links below for more information. Applications for funding must be submitted directly by the player’s family; the club cannot apply on your behalf. Any approved funds are paid directly to KLM and will be credited to your player’s registration.

Please note that grant processing times can take up to two months. Families are encouraged to apply well in advance of the program start date to help ensure their child secures a spot in a KLM program. If a family pays the registration fee upfront and later receives financial assistance, KLM will reimburse the amount covered by the funding organization.

While KLM cannot guarantee program spots, we can assist by offering a conditional spot while funding is pending. To help with this process, please notify the Club Registrar once you have submitted your application by emailing a copy of the completed application or a confirmation email from the funding organization. This will allow KLM to hold a conditional spot pending approval.
