The KLM Young Coach Development Program is designed to develop the next generation of soccer leaders. This initiative is designed for individuals under the age of 25 with prior soccer experience to learn and grow alongside experienced coaches within KLM.

The program wishes to give coaches the knowledge and experience necessary to begin their coaching career. This hands-on approach allows participants to learn, grow, and develop their coaching skills in a supportive and professional environment. We believe in the power of mentorship and practical learning, and by participating in this program, young coaches will have the chance to cultivate their coaching abilities and prepare themselves for further leadership opportunities with youth players within KLM and beyond.
