Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Practice Cancellations:

• If weather conditions make the fields unplayable,practices will be canceled.
• Notifications will be sent out as soon as possible via email and/or team communication platforms.

Make-Up Sessions:

• When possible, we will attempt to reschedule canceled sessions.
• Rescheduled sessions are subject to field availability as determined by the City of Vancouver.

Limitations on Rescheduling:

• KLM Soccer Club cannot guarantee make-up sessions for every canceled practice, as field allocations are managed by the City of Vancouver.
• We are not responsible for cancellations due to weather and appreciate your understanding that rescheduling is dependent on city-approved field vailability.
