Policy Governing the Hiring of Referees for KLM
All KLM referees must successfully complete the required referee course(s) for the age group they will be officiating for prior to commencing their role.
Referee courses can be taken with KLM (when offered) or with another organisation.
All referees must provide a valid and up to date Referee Certificate that shows the above requirements have been met.
When hiring referees, priority will be given to current KLM players. Secondary priority will be given to alumni of the club. If positions still remain, KLM will accept applications from any individuals outside of the club.
