Refund Policy

Camp Refunds

Refunds for camps will be issued if requested up to 14 days prior to the start of any KLM camp less an administration fee of $25. Refunds will not be issued for any request made within 14 days of the start of the camp.

Fall/Winter Refunds

Refunds are possible prior to the deadline, less an administration fee.
U4-10: $50 admin fee, October 1st deadline.
U11-U18: $50 admin fee, June 1st deadline.

Spring Refunds

Refunds will be issued if requested up to 14 days prior to the start of the spring season (*start refers to the first team practice or session of the spring season), less an administration fee of $25. Refunds will not be issued for any request made within 14 days of the start of the camp.
