Policy Governing the Confidentiality of Personal Information

All personal information, including but not limited to; residential address, email address, phone number and date of birth are kept confidential under KLM’s conditions of confidentiality. This applies to all KLM players, members, parents, guardians and staff members.

Personal information will not be shared with other KLM members or participants. Information will only be shared with KLM staff for the purpose of communicating program related information.
